1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using SiteVoice AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
SiteVoice AI is an AI-powered daily site report generation tool for the UK construction industry. It provides:
- Voice-to-text transcription and AI-structured daily reports
- Photo capture, captioning, and management
- Snagging, programme tracking, variation logging, and site chat
- PDF report generation and sharing
- Team management and subcontractor collaboration
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
- One person per user account — sharing login credentials is not permitted
4. Subscription and Payment
- Free plan: limited features, no payment required
- Paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise): billed per user per month
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
5. Your Data
- You own your data. We do not claim ownership of reports, photos, or any content you create.
- You grant us a licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- You can export your data at any time.
- Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days (subject to regulatory retention requirements).
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated reports are produced from your voice input and should be reviewed before finalising
- SiteVoice AI is a documentation aid, not a substitute for professional advice
- We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content that you approve and distribute
- Reports should not be treated as legal documents without professional review
7. Compliance Disclaimer
SiteVoice AI provides templates aligned with CDM 2015 and RIDDOR 2013 best practices. However:
- We do not guarantee regulatory compliance
- The application is a documentation tool, not a compliance certification service
- You are responsible for ensuring your reports meet your specific regulatory obligations
- Consult a qualified H&S professional for compliance advice
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
- Share accounts or resell access without authorisation
- Use the AI features to generate fraudulent or misleading reports
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskwright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of SiteVoice AI. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
